The Diabetes Control Center is committed to protecting online privacy. This page contains our policies relating to information we receive from you via the Internet. You can visit our web site without revealing any personal information. In order for you to receive notifications or materials from us electronically, we will require a valid email address. If items must be mailed, a physical address will be needed. A database of names, email addresses will be maintained of names and email addresses if you request notification of updates to www.DiabetesConrolSC.com A physical address will be maintained if we mail material to you. You may unsubscribe to notifications by using the “contact us” link on the web site or returning a notification email with the word “unsubscribe”. Information collected in the aforementioned manner will not be shared with advertisers, sponsors or other businesses. It will be used only by the Diabetes Control Center to contact you directly.

This site contains links to Web sites operated by third parties. We have no control over the privacy policies and practices of these sites. Please review the terms of those sites for more information about the policies applicable to those sites.

IP addresses
We subscribe to a reporting service which collects IP addresses of all visitors to www.DiabetesConrolSC.com This information is not associated with any personal information and cannot be used to personally identify you unless required by legal authorities. Summary, non personal, information about visits to our site may be shared with advertisers, sponsors and other businesses. This site contains Java Script. Some functions may be limited if Java Script is not activated.  www.DiabetesConrolSC.com does not currently use cookies but may in the future.
